Sales and Quotations
Our Sales and Quotation group consist of 13 well trained lighting professionals with over 150 years of total experience. We have the systems and ability to provide computer aided design and applications assistance to our customers for the products A.S.I. represents.
We use the most advanced quotations systems available in the industry. Our Quotation Specialists provide competitive pricing for design hard bid projects, negotiated or initial budgeting purposes. We provide complete, workable system package price that includes all normal components required for installation.
Customer Service
Customer service is responsible for all order entry, expediting, and after sale service issues that may arise. Our goal is to be proactive and answer a question before it is asked. When problems occur, we handle them in a professional, efficient manner. We recognize that our customers have a choice with whom they do business. We believe that efficient handling of existing business and problem resolution is the main reason they chose to do business with A.S.I. again and again rather than our competition.
